This is physically impossible as George III was the king of the British Empire during the 18th Century and G.W. Bush was the US President from 2001-2008.

I do not believe Washington ever met with King George III.
lets see if king george III can read this
King George the third didn't like the fact that the patriots was not loyal to him during the declaration of independence
Je deteste George Bush.
The British Empire was ruled by many monarchs, including Queen Elizabeth I, King James, King Charles I and II, and King George I, II, and III, and Queen Victoria. However, by the time of King George III, the British Parliament was already gaining more power and the say of the monarch was decreasing.
The way things worked out, I'd say probably not.
No
GEORGE. WASHINGTON. CARTER. SMELL. MARTHA.GEORGE. WASHINGTON. CARTER. SMELL. MARTHA.
King George es decir
Because the "HE" refers to all mankind in relation to the point of the declaration of independence While no name is given to the "He" in the Declaration, there is a clear reference back to the "present King of Great Britain" at the end of the second paragraph. Therefore, "He" clearly specifically means King George III. That still does not answer why the Declaration did not say King George III or the present King of Great Britain, George III or something using his actual name. Most likely it was out of the civility that prevailed at the time. In my opinion, referring to the King by name, would have made the issue very personal and the revolution was business, not personal.
Some sources say King George III refused to receive the petition because of his personal dislike for John Dickinson.
George W. Bush was the president of the United States. Another name he was sometimes informally referred to was "Dubya" due to how Texans say "W".
