Um, well the biggest issue that the US had from entering the war was not the Germans, even though their navy and use of U-Boats patrolling the Atlantic was a common fear, we felt that we should stay out of it. We supported them by other means, money, supplies and transport craft. FDR really wanted no part in it.

Did Germany declare war on Great Britain after Great Britain invaded Belgium to stop Germany?

Okay. You need to get your facts straight. Britain never invaded Belgium. Germany invaded Belgium to take over France. Germany never actually declared war on Britain. The closest thing it did was begin the London Blitz.

Why was control of the Atlantic critical for Great Britain and its allies?

Britain imports much of its food and raw material. During WW2, Nazi Germany had a policy of trying to starve Britain into submission. The Americans and Canadians were sending shiploads of supplies to the UK and the Germans were torpedoing those ships laden with supplies. Without control of the Atlantic, the British people would have starved to death.

On September 3rd 1939 Great Britain and France declared war on Germany

How did Hitler have the authority to commit so many murders and no one try to stop him?

The easy breakdown is:Hitler was the Chancellor of Germany. As the Chancellor, he had the authority to order the national government of Germany. Many people did attempt to remove him from power. All failed. When Germany invaded Poland in 1938 at the orders of Hitler, Great Britain and France both declared war against Germany.Great Britain and France attempted to stop Germany and Hitler from killing people. The United States sent support to Great Britain to help stop Germany and Hitler from killing people. The United Stated declared war on Germany after its ally Japan attacked the US territory of Hawaii. The United States attempted to stop Germany and Hitler from killing people. The USSR declared war on Germany when it did not honor the treaty between them. The USSR attempted to stop Germany and Hitler from killing people.Eventually, forces of the US, Great Britain, France, and the USSR invaded Germany. Soviet troops invaded the capital of Berlin, and rather than allowing himself to be captured, Hitler is alleged to have shot himself. So, in the end Hitler stopped the killing. Ironical, isn't it?Technically, Adolf Hitler had the same authority as Germany's appointed leader to "commit murder" (go to war) as every national leader in power today.
