In Ps 69:31 is a reactive to Vs. 30 where it is written "I will praise the name of GOD with a song and will magnify HIM with Thanksgiving. Something well taught in the scriptures is that GOD loves humbleness and obedience far more than sacrifices which are mentioned in Vs. 32. When one sings and praises GOD it not only edifies the person but is a light to those about, especially the unbeliever, this is our light whereby GOD is glorified where as animal sacrifice required under the law was not edifying, cleansing, but part of a system of obedience for the people.
