I think you mean who were the three brothers mentioned in the Deathly Hallows story. They were Antioch, Cadmus, and Ignotus Peverell. Antioch had the Elder Wand, Cadmus the Resurrection Stone and Ignotus the Invisibility Cloak. It was Ignotus Peverell who was the distant ancestor to Harry Potter whilst Voldemort's distant ancestor was Cadmus Peverell who also had Salazar Slytherin as a descendant.
