Halley played a significant role in the publication of Newton's groundbreaking work on gravitation, Principia Mathematica. Sir Isaac Newton in his Treatise ' The Principia' They are more correctly named as 'The Laws of Universal Dynamics'. Because they apply here on Earth , and out in Space. (Universe). The three basic Laws are ; - #1. A Body/mass/object will remain stationary or in uniform motion , unless acted upon by a force. #2. A Force is directly proportional to the mass of a body. #3. To every force there is an equal and opposite force.
