We believe that Jesus Christ is God and many branches of Christianity believe that He is part of the trinity, which, makes Him the Son of God. We believe that Jesus was virgin born to the virgin Mary in Bethlehem. We believe that at that time Jesus had come down from the Father in heaven and that His ultimate purpose for coming to earth was to die for the sins of man in order to reconcile man back to God. We believe that it is by faith in Jesus Christ that gives a person salvation and that there is not any other way to get to heaven than by faith in Jesus Christ. John 14:6, " I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

We do believe that Jesus died on the cross of Calvary (or Golgotha), was buried and rose the third day. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back again (Second Coming) and some believe that Jesus is going to return soon in the clouds of the air to take believers back to heaven before that terrible day of the "Great Tribulation" comes upon the earth. This is often referred to as 'the Rapture' concept.

AnswerGenuine followers of the Abrahamic faiths (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) do believe in God.
