Jesus was already dead when the spear went into him, the soldier speared him just to be sure he was dead. As he was already dead, obviously he did not say anything. However 3 days later he rose from the dead and the first thing he is recorded to have said is to Mary Magdalene:- John 20:15 - he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?"
