This quote was said about Joan of Arc after she was executed "A saint is like a star, A star never dies. Neither does a saint"
some people say she asked a guard to make her a cross and he did that happened when she was burned to the stake those are her lasted words
During her trial she was asked if she knew she was in God's grace, she answered: "If I am not, may God put me there; and if I am, may God so keep me."
Joan was born on January 6, 1412, at Greux-Domremy, Lorraine, France
They told her to drive out the English from France and bring to Dauphin the Reims for his coronation. The voices told Joan of Arc to find the Dauphin and crown him as the King of France, and then lead his armies against the British, in order to liberate France.
She died before she could. So, no she did not. She was examined and certified a virgin at the time of her trial. She was never married and had no children because she was only 19 when she was killed.
The sign on the stake you saw was actually only one artist's representation of what happened when the Joan of Arc was executed. Remember that art doesn't necessarily depict the exact truth. According to accounts and historians the only thingwe know of her death was that she was burned at a stake, asked for a cross so the English produced a small cross for her before she died, and then her remains were burned twice more before being disposed of. Not the prettiest thing ever, but none the less the accepted truth, we do not know if there was truly ever a sign on the stake.

Because of the holiness in which she exuded, during her trial & imprisonment.
Joan of Arc helped to end feudalism in the Middle Ages, but actually it was the Black Plague which did the most to eliminate feudalism by killing almost half of the working people of Middle Age Europe. Joan of Arc, as a commoner (not of noble birth or an aristocrat) probably helped kill feudalism by showing that a person of humble birth could be just as great a leader and inspiration for soldiers as any nobleman. Some say this is the very reason that King Charles VII did nothing to save Joan from being burnt as a heretic by her English enemies. Charles was afraid that Joan had way too much popularity with the common people and feared she was a threat to the existing aristocracy.
As a Kappa Delta sister, I can honestly say that there isn't one. A specific chapter might have a tradition involving her but it is unlikely.
