Lewis and Clark and the corp of discovery were gone for 28 months meeting Indian tribes along the way,,discovering all different kinds of flora and founa, and a host of other thing as well. contrary to SOME popular belief,,,Sacagawea ,DID NOT,,repeat,,did NOT guide mr.Lewis and mr. clark across the west, she was merely a teenage girl who knew a few landmark's a long the way,,,nothing more.
