Really? We were not a country yet in 1690, so there was no U.S.A. flag!! We were under either British, Spanish, or French rule.

When Taft became President, the US flag had 46 stars. In 1912, New Mexico and Arizona became states 47 and 48.

The United States flag in 1930 was very similar to the current flag. It had seven red stripes and six white stripes. However, the 1930 flag had only forty eight stars whereas today's flag contains fifty stars.
