9th July 1942 as detailed in her diary
No, Anne Frank wasn't in any plays, she was sent to concentration camps after they were caught in their hidding place. She died in a concentration camp before the war was even over, the only one who made it out alive that was in that hidding spot was Mr. Frank, Annes father.
Otto Frank(dad), Edith Frank (mum), Margot Frank (sister), Peter van Pels, Hermann van Pels (peters dad),Auguste van Pels and Fritz Pfeffer .
Anne's family went into hidding in July 1942 and were later joined by a few friends. They went into hidding faster then they were planing to since Margot (Anne's sister) received a call-up notice from the Central Office for Jewish Emigration ordering her to report for relocation to a work camp. They had planned to go into hidding for the reason of not wanting to be seperated or being forced into work camps (Or worst).
Her father and her sister, yes, but not her mother. However, we have it on the eyewitness testimony of at least two women who were in Auschwitz and Westerbork with the Franks that Anne became very close to her mother in the camps, understandably.
Anne Frank's hiding place was located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in a hidden annex behind her father's business office.
