You have to walk around the property with them and point out the boundaries and tell them they must never cross the boundary. Tell them what punishment they will receive if they do. Be sure they understand where the property line and what the punishment will be if they cross it. Increase the punishment with each infraction. Obviously this will not work if the child is too young to understand property lines.
