As small early Christian communities grew large eough to require formal meeting places, house churches began to appear. Ian Wilson (Jesus: The Evidence) says that excavations beneath the fifth-century church at Capernaum have located a first-century house that had been rebuilt to transform it into a meeting place, and may have been one such house church. By the third century, Christianity had grown to such an extent that substantial, purpose-built churches began to appear.
At first, each house church had its leader. By the second century, Christian communities had grown large enough for cities to require an overseer (bishop), as well as presbyters (priests) and deacons.

As far as I know, The true early christians never taught Reincarnation. As you probably well know, Christianity came from Judaism. Judaism never taught reincarnation. Reincarnation is primaraly a Pagan, that is either a religion that is not an abrahamic religion (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) or a religion that worships many gods, concept. Misguided early christians, may have incorporated reincarnation into their aldulturated form of Christianity. However, they were clearly not influential enough to influence mainstream Christianity. either that, or they saw the truth, in my opinion.
