Dress suits and ties, at manager Brian Epstein's insistence. (Prior to that, they had worn leather jackets playing clubs in Liverpool and Hamburg.) John Lennon had a habit of wearing his tie loose during shows; it was a sign of nonconformity, for him.
During the days of The Beatles, John usually wore a black suit with boots. Later in the Beatles preforming days, from 1965-1966, he, and the rest of the band, wore light tan jackets with dark pants and the usual boots. During the roof top concert John wore a fur coat with dark pants and white converse shoes. During his last official concert in 1972, John wore a green army jacket.

I think the Beatles only performed two outdoor concerts in the USA, one being Shea Stadium, and the other being the Hollywood Bowl, their last concert. I think Shea Stadium was the first of the two, as I connect that with 1965, and the Hollywood Bowl concert with 1966.
The last song the Beatles played together in a concert was "Get Back". (Apple rooftop concert)
