What did people at the missions eat?

At breakfast, they usually ate a soup called Atole made from barley and other grains. At lunch, they usually ate another thick soup called Pozole made from beans, peas, chicken, spices, sometimes lettuce ontop. At dinner, they would serve Atole again.
