We only have a vague idea of what Cleopatra actually looked like. Several scientists have done reconstructions of her face from information gathered from coins and statues said to be of her. None of them are very flattering. Her tomb has not been found and until they find it, and if her mummy is there, a more accurate reproduction can be made.
No one can actually look like Cleopatra because we don't know for certain what she looked like. From the facial reconstructions that have been made using coins and statues thought to be her, you wouldn't want to look like her anyhow.

If you take a serious objective look at the reign of Cleopatra and of Egypt at the time, you will see that Cleopatra was not important except for the fact that she was the last pharaoh of Egypt. In reality she was a minor queen of a crumbling dynasty. Her importance has been grossly overrated. All the hype concerning her began with Octavian himself as he tried (and succeeded) in making her the villain in his excuse for a war against Antony.
