If you mean the Hitler Youth, which i have a feeling you do, these people were young adults and teenages from ages 12-17 who were members of a group which praised Hitler and brought leadership and team building skills to the teens. The Hitler Youth started off much like Scouts with a lot of fun and team building exercises. However, as Hitler became more powerful, the Hitler Youth was compulsory to join and most of the time the teens would be practising marches and swearing oaths to Hitler rather than having fun and this led to teens slightly turning their backs on Hitler

How did Hitler use the League of Nations as an excuse to take over territory in Europe?

hitler knew after taking Rhineland by surprise, he shouldnt take Sudetenland by the same way, so he asked for a meeting with League of nations ( which the league of nation never expected from a dictator) and asked for Sudetenland, and the league gave it to him, (appeasement). Why did Hitler take Germany out of the League of Nations in 1933?

Hitler took Germany out of the League of Nations in 1933 primarily because he wanted to pursue his aggressive foreign policy objectives without interference or opposition from the international community. By leaving the League, Hitler sought to assert Germany's independence and sovereignty, enabling him to rearm the country and expand its territory without facing sanctions or constraints imposed by the League. Additionally, Hitler believed the League was ineffective and biased against Germany, making its membership irrelevant to his plans for expansion and domination in Europe.

Ridiculously, nothing. Hitler "called their bluff" they decided to take no action right away. Eventually Hitler and Germany were more powerful than the league and from this position they could do nothing.
