A large proportion of the Holocaust victims were slaves. If you are meaning to compare to American slaves; you need to know that American slaves though treated poorly were actually treated better than most slaves in history, including people who were slaves under Nazi Germany.
The American government had no direct effect on the Holocaust. Obviously, the defeat of Nazi Germany by the Allies ended the genocide. I wonder if you are mistakenly equating the Holocaust with World War 2.
There is no such thing. American aboriginals were treated inhumanely by the new settlers, but this was over the course of 300 years, it by no means can be called Holocaust.
