Matthew 3:17 tells us that a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." Although The Bible doesn't tell us that God said this, it is obvious that God was speaking because it says, "This is my Son." Jesus called God his father in Luke 22:42 (NIV)

Presumably the voice of God.

From the New Testament chapter and verse Matthew 3:16-17 as follows;

16 After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him, 17 and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased."

What did Jesus say after john baptized him?

Jesus said nothing after he was baptized by John. Before it was done, John said, "I should be baptized by you," and according to Matthew 3:15, Jesus then replied, "Let it be so now; it is right for us to do this to fulfil all righteousness." After the event, God's voice came from Heaven, saying "This is my beloved Son with whom I am well pleased."

Can you be re-baptized?

Yes. There is scriptural precedent for being re-baptized: Acts 19:3-5 - And he said to them, "Into what then were you baptized?" So they said, "Into John's baptism." Then Paul said, "John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus." When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

What is the biblical verse showing the age of Jesus when He was baptized?

You don't realy get told his age, but I am guessing about 30Luke 3:21-23a - When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, "You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased." Now Jesus Himself began His ministry at about thirty years of age...[NKJV]

Why does John prevent Jesus from being baptised?

John doesn't prevent Jesus from being baptized, John baptizes Jesus. John doesn't want to baptize Jesus because john knows who Jesus is but Jesus tells him it is the right things to do. Matthew 3:13-16 At that time Jesus arrived from Galilee and came to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. But John tried to make him change his mind. "I ought to be baptized by you," John said, "and yet you have come to me!" But Jesus answered him, "Let it be so for now. For in this way we shall do all that God requires." So John agreed. As soon as Jesus was baptized, he came up out of the water. Then heaven was opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God coming down like a dove and lighting on him.
