The people who lived in Border Cave are commonly referred to as the "Border Cave people" or the "KwaZulu Natal people." They were a group of early Homo sapiens who inhabited the cave complex in the Lebombo Mountains of South Africa.
Among the remains found in Border Cave, they found the bones of a baby. Near the skeleton of the the baby was a beautiful bead made from seashell. The archaeologists think that the people who lived there cared deeply for the baby, otherwise, why would they bothered to bury it?

the people that lived in mesa verde were the Indians and they made their home in that same cave and the cave was diged up by all of the Indians! the anasazi (not sure if its spelled right) this means ancient ones in Navajo hope it helps :)
