Not everyone ate the same amount of food on the First Fleet, but Governor Phillip certainly ensured the convicts had a suppy of nutritious food whenever they could. The food eaten by convicts was a portion of that allotted to the marines and seamen, who were to be given the following rations:
An undetermined amount of rice was included, as well as some of the fruits and vegetables purchased at each stop along the way, depending on its availability.
The convicts were allotted three-quarters of that amount of rations, except for the alcohol, of which they were given none. In reality, when provisions ran low, everyone was on reduced rations, while just after stocking up at one of the stops, everyone ate much better for awhile.
The officers had much better fare. They were given Port to drink, and they had a variety of roasted meats such as chicken or pork (freshly slaughtered from the stock on board) as well as fruits and roasted vegetables.

The First Fleet assembled in Portsmouth, England, and set sail on 13 May 1787. Phillip and the chief officers were entertained by the local governor, while one convict tried unsuccessfully to escape.
While different sources quote varying figures, the First Fleet Fellowship website states that there were 76 male and 21 female convicts on the ship 'Friendship'.

After setting sail on 13 May 1787, the first port of call for the First Fleet, under the command of Captain Arthur Phillip, was Tenerife. On 3 June 1787, the fleet arrived at Santa Cruz, Tenerife in the Canary Islands, to take on board fresh water, vegetables and meat. Phillip and the chief officers were entertained by the local governor, while one convict tried unsuccessfully to escape. If the question refers to where Phillip first docked in Australia: Captain Arthur Phillip first landed at Botany Bay, which was the site recommended for settlement by James Cook and Sir Joseph Banks. However, discovering there was a lack of fresh water or suitable trees to use for timber, the soil was poor quality and the harbour inadequate, Phillip moved the First Fleet on to Port Jackson.
You first have to make it so you throw the ball while being as close to the floor as possible. Meaning, You need to first start your toss underhand with your hand below the board. You then arc it up aiming for the upper-mid section of the board while giving it a spin with your fingers so it spins towards the board. Practice makes perfect, keep on trying and It will work for you!
