It really depends on the cover. Some covers are just designed for a specific bed size and are even a bit adjustable, usually soft style tonneau covers like Access makes, so if the bed size of the Ranger and F150 are the same, then something like this would work. Other tonneau covers are specifically designed for the truck, usually hard style covers like Fold-a-Cover makes, mount differently on different trucks so even if the truck bed was the same size this style wouldn't work.

as far as i know, the f100 is not made in the usa and the f150 is made in the usa.for example in Australia it is f100, there is no such thing as f150 over there The above is incorrect for the model year in the question 75 through 83?? or so the f100 and f150 were both available and made in USA. The difference was mostly in the rear suspension. The F150 was sprung for a heavier payload. The F150 idea was originally used to bump the 1/2 ton truck up in GVWR enough to exempt it from Catalytic Converter requirements in '75.
Ford manufactured the F150, F250, F350 as well as the Ford Ranger in 1995. It also manufactured the Ford Explorer SUV. There were different packages available such as the xlt, Eddie Bower and Expedition.
