Tiresias advises Odysseus to avoid harming the cattle of Helios if he wants to make it back home safely. He also warns Odysseus about the dangers he will face on his journey, including the temptation of the Sirens and the wrath of Poseidon. Ultimately, Tiresias foretells that Odysseus will face challenges but will eventually make it back to Ithaca if he follows his instructions.
Advises him how best to negotiate some upcoming perils. By following her advice, Odysseus is able to resist the Sirens' song.

Tiresias warns Odysseus that he will never escape the one who shakes the earth (Poseidon) because he blinded Polyphemus.
