Some examples are:
- Lung cancer (abnormal growth of lung cells)
- Asthma (causes swelling and soreness of airways)
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (or COPD-examples: chronic bronchitis and emphysema)
- Infections (such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and influenza, and many more)
