No one here uses it. Most kids up to age 15/16 probably wouldn't know what the term even means.

But if someone DOES use it, all those who understand its meaning think the person ridiculous, goofy, or acting too proper and strange.

Of course, that is what I have simply observed. The question is an opinion question, so I could only give an opinion answer...Unless I did some kind of study...
