I think that the traditional Anglicans believe that the afterlife is much like what the Christians believe that there is a heaven and you are accepted into it as long as you have not done any harm to anyone or anything and that you truly believe you deserve to go to heaven. There's always second chances! live life to the fullest and love all! god is all around you in the tree's, sun , and life is the most prize possession :)

Anglicans should believe in what the Church teaches us! The Anglican Church has insisted throughout its two thousand years history, [give or take a few years,] that it is no more than a Catholic Communion of believers within the Body of Christ! We are made members by baptism ,chrismation and right belief! There is only one Church and we are in it, we do not claim to be all of it, just a part. Now if we, as individuals, do not accept what the Church teaches us, and this can be codified as , Christ's Revelation, Scripture and the Teachings of the Holy fathers through the Seven Ecumenical Councils, we cannot be good Anglicans! Any Church that claims to be Catholic and doesn't hold the Catholic Faith and Catholic Orders is no more than a Sect

The Anglican church is 500 years old [give or take a few years]

The St James bible sets forth the beliefs of the Anglican church and the head of the church is the ruling monarch of the UK

Anglicans believe that human consciousness doesn't cease when we die.

We don't know what Heaven is actually like; it's probably something well beyond our current capacity for understanding.

Anglicans believe that we will have a permanent existence in the presence of God, in a form fuller and richer than our current physical one.

Anglicans tend to be non-judgemental about whether anyone would be denied that permanent existence in the presence of God.

What are you called if you are atheist but believe in life after death?

You are still an atheist since you do not believe in a god or gods. Belief in a life after death doesn't necessarily change this unless you think that some supernatural being is responsible for it. Most atheists believe that death is simply the end of life. There is nothing after death.
