they can eat anything really. but some hindus are vegatarian so they don't eat meat. if they do eat meat they are not allowed to eat cow. not in any way. or pork mostly just fish and chicken. some do eat cow and pig cause they don't believe in the thing about animals.

quorn which cotains the same benefits of meat but it doesnt taste overly nice but if you put it in a rap with a few peppers it disguises the not so great taste of the quorn
