First you want to install it so that the part of the sink that your client would rest their head on is 31 inches from the ground. make sure the sink is securely fastened to the wall... you may need someone with experience especially if it is a ceramic sink. If you are using a vacuum breaker then there are arrows for the water line to be going in and out..make sure they are not backwards or the water will not flow. Your done.
