The center pin of a seven blade trailer plug is for reverse lights, not power.

The length of a car is measured from bumper to bumper. The wheel base is measured from the center of the front wheel to the center of a rear wheel on the same side of the vehicle.
Measure from the point the trailer connects to the truck to the center of trailer axle ( if a tandem axle trailer measure to the center point between axles) multiply by 2 and this will have you close to turning radius.
I don't know if this is right, but you could probably get it from car care center. I din't know if this is right, but you could probably get your bumper fixed from a Car Care Center.

It is a hopper style trailer. It is loaded from the top And unloads from the center of the bottom thru doors or "gates". The gates are air controlled rams by electric switches inside the truck. The gates open away from the centerline of the trailer. Cup your hands with pinky fingers together then rotate your hands towards your thumbs, that would simulate the motion of the gates.

the common rule is to put it back from center 1" for every foot of trailer length this is so you can have some tongue weight on the trailer.
with doors unlocked in the center of rear bumper in license plate area there is a black rubber bumper that opens it. or on the key fob.
