Most of the Indians I know do not celebrate Thankgiving, though they recognize that both white men and Indians gained knowledge from each other. The same is true of Columbus; most Indians do not celebrate that holiday. I can understand how they would not think that is a great day.

∙ 12y agoNative Americans (Indians) celebrate Thanksgiving everyday. In our culture we do not set aside just one day to give thanks. We give thanks to the Creator every morning upon rising and at the end of every day.
