Muslims believe that Jesus Christ was the greatest of the prophets below Muhammad. In addition, they do not believe that Christ died for people's sins.
Muslims believe that Muhammad is the greatest prophet, a messenger of God. Muhammad, as a habitual action, left to a nearby cave in the surrounding mountains where he would pray and seclude himself. Later, he reported that in that cave, at the age of 40, he received his first revelation from God.
Muslims believe that in the cave called Hira, Muhammad was visited by the angel Gabriel, who revealed to Muhammad a verse from the Quran. The cave was located on the mountain called Jabal An-Nour, which was located near Mecca. The angel Gabriel came to Muhammad in the year 610 B.C. and said, 'Recite', and Muhammad replied, 'I am unable to recite'. After this, the angel Gabriel came forth to Muhammad and heavily embraced him. The angel Gabriel wanted Muhammad to recite chapter 96 of the Quran.

As I see it, the Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet, but Muhammad was a more recent prophet. But they are very different because Jesus Christ is God, (Titus 2.13), and Muhammad is a prophet that tells of another God, Allah.
muhammad is anti christ. the muslims dont belive jesus is the son of god.
The Muslims believe in Jesus Christ (AS) as being an honorable Prophet. The Christians don't believe the last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). They are not the same.
The Muslims recognize Jesus as a prophet. They do not believe he is the son of God or that he was resurrected.
The Muslims believe in all prophets (May peace be upon them all). They believe in Hazrat Adam AS, Hazrat Abraham AS. Hazrat Moses AS, Hazrat Jesus Christ AS and the last Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad SAW. The Jews also believe in the Prophets belonging to Judaism. The Christians believe in Jesus Christ AS.
The biggest difference in beliefs alone is that Christians believe that Jesus is Christ while Muslims believe that Jesus was a great prophet although the greatest prophet in Islam is Muhammad.
You are confusing two religions. Christians believe that Jesus Christ came to die for our sins and allow us an eternity with God. They believe that he is the Son of God. Muslims believe that Jesus was only a prophet. They believe that Muhammad was God's most high prophet.
Muslims love both Muhammad and Jesus. Muslims don't believe that Jesus is God though and Muslims believe that Muhammad is just a man, not a God like how Christians believe Jesus is. Jesus is loved throughout the Muslim community and is regarded as the "messiah" but not as God. Islam teaches that God is 1 and God needs no partners
No they didn't, they believed in God but not Jesus Christ
Muhammad and Jesus are not similar. But the the Christan God and Muhammad are similar because Christians and Muslims believe in the same god. Jesus is mentioned in the Bible and the Qumran In the Bible he is the son of God. In the Qumran he is a prophet. So Christians and Muslims believe in the same god. They are similar in that way. Jesus and Muhammed not so much. Christians believe God created the world. Muslims believe the same. The Bible says Jesus is the son of God. The Muslims say he is a prophet. Hope this helps you understand!
No. They consider Jesus just a man. A prophet, yes, but not as good as their own prophet, Muhammad.
He is the Prophet of god, just like Abraham and Jesus. Muslims believe he was the last Prophet
