Um well I am not sure what you mean by "hound dog" because that could be anything from a greyhound to a basset hound. Sometimes you can get a dog for free, but that is very seldom and probably the owner of the dog will do that as a last resort. Then there are very valuable champion sighthounds that cost a fortune.
