I'm pretty sure all baby hamsters eat for the first few days or weeks is their mothers milk but as long as you put a cucumber or broccoli eventually they will learn how to eat solid food. Just make sure you do not touch the babies or else the mother will eat her babies. You could try putting some bread soaked in milk in a little bowl in their cage, but don't take my word for it.
