Speaking from personal experience. During the Solar Eclipse in the UK in August 11th 1999 there was a noticeable change in behaviour of the birds.
I was in Bedford, UK at the time and although it did not reach totality in my location (about 92% i think) the birds stopped singing which was very strange since it was the height of the summer.
It was a very eerie atmosphere.
Only if you are using Solar Powered energy.
No. The next solar eclipse will be a partial solar eclipse on June 1, 2011.
Solar eclipse
you spelt it correctly already Solar Eclipse
"Solar" is an adjective that describes something as pertaining to the sun. Thus a solar eclipse describes an eclipse of the sun (contrast a lunar eclipse, which is an eclipse of the moon--"lunar" describes something as pertaining to the moon).
Yes, but only during a total solar eclipse as it gets dark enough to trick birds into thinking night has fallen.
Only if you are using Solar Powered energy.
a soloar eclipse only happens when theres a full moon because when theres an eclipse the moons shadow goes onto the earth and for that to happen the moon has to be a fulll one cause the moon covers the sun it needs to cover it fully to make a solar eclipse
because we use solar glasses because looking at a solar eclipse for just a second could hurt someone`s eyes. Similar to bird history.
eclipse is of two kinds- solar eclipse and lunar eclipse
Only briefly. Animals, and especially birds, will act as if it is nightfall as the eclipse approaches totality.
A solar eclipse.
the two kind of eclipse are solar eclipse and lonar eclipse..lonar and solar

Sometimes. Some species of birds and animals have been observed to return to their nests as if it were nightfall when a total solar eclipse occurs.
