Animals without canines are herbivores - they eat plants. If you're referring to a dog not having canines they can eat anything they normally would but might have difficulty ripping chunks off large pieces of meat so cut their food up.

Rabbits don't have a need for canine teeth. Canines are used to hold food to tear it apart, that is why flesh eating animals have canines. Rabbits have incisors because they generally only eat vegetation.
