what i know of stem cells is that they are like clay. they can replace lost limbs/organs/bones and even skin. in fact the reasons our cuts heal themselves is becuase of adult stem cells in our bodies. If stem cells can repair skin rebuild organs then why not age all together. I think that if we advance stem cell research not to make it easier to GET stem cells but to make ordinary cells turn INTO stem cells, then we can get all the stem cells we need to rebuild our skin, bones, organs, and brain. in fact if we do this we will stop almost all of the diseases bothering us today. so in an awnser to your question "can stem cells stop all aging?" my awnser is WHY NOT maybe you might have to get a supplement of cells and maybe they will stay but either way, i think that eventually they will stop all kinds of age AND damage through quick-repair. course im only 14 and a dreamer/researcher, but everything i have said is FACT.

Aloe vera is very good for burns. The gel from the plant is best but if you can't get that buy Aloe vera from a pharmacy or supermarket.
