Carbohydrates
I know the Mitochondrian makes the energy. The Mithochondrian is also called the 'Power House'
And the Vacuole stores food, water, wastes and other materials.
I don't think that's the answer your looking for though.
Cells store and release energy through the use of the mitochondria, an organelle contained within it.
There are several molecules that does this, but the most prominent one in a cell is adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

Red blood cells
More energy is available to us aerobically (fat can only be metabolized aerobically), the high energy needs of endurance MORE
Viruses do not possess the necessary mechanisms to acquire nutrients, process them and use them for metabolism. Instead, they 'hijack' a host cell and use the mechanisms of the host cell to replicate itself.
The human body primarily uses glucose, a type of simple sugar, for energy. We convert the energy stored in glucose into a molecule called ATP which is what powers most of our cellular activity.
Red blood cells (RBCs) have an anaerobic metabolism. They lack mitochondria, which are responsible for aerobic metabolism, so RBCs rely solely on anaerobic processes to produce energy. RBCs primarily generate energy through glycolysis, converting glucose into ATP to fuel their functions.
They rely on glucose for energy.
Red blood cells
They are called heterotrophic cells.
The red blood cells in the body completely rely on glucose, which is a carbohydrate, for energy. Adipose tissue and muscles cells partially rely on glucose as well.

Cell respiration requires the process of energy and cells rely on active transport to provide the amount of energy.
Usually this is some sort of potential energy, especially chemical energy, but also nuclear energy.
The sun (source of energy) isn't always there,..

Fuel companies rely on this energy source to power things up. Automotive industries also rely on thin energy source(biomass).
