hay and grain i guess i think cuz i go to a barn and i guess u could give them an accasional graze i think so i think u might wanna ask someone else cuz i dont own a barn but i DO own a pony and a horse except i pay da owner to pay da workers to feed da ponies u could giv em a call (wink wink)

If the cob has welsh in it, it will more than likely be on the small side, depending on what the other part is. Ponies do dressage occasionally, and I think that every horse, no matter what the discipline, could benefit from dressage training.
