I'm not sure what the different world religions say about it. But I can refer you to what The Bible says about works. So my comments are limited to the 'Christian' religions. That's the extent of my contribution to your question.
Some 'Christian' religions say that all you need to do is 'believe' (have faith) in the Lord Jesus, and accept him as your Savior. Others say this is tooo simplistic of the spirit of the Bible.
A comparison of various Bible Versions helps in understanding. The Bible states in James 2:22 according to The Message (paraphrased version MSG) ". . . The full meaning of "believe" in the Scripture . . . includes action. It's that mesh of believing and acting that got Abraham named "God's friend." Is it not evident that a person is made right with God not by a barren faith but by faith fruitful in works?
The Amplified Bible says: You see that [his] faith was cooperating with his works, and [his] faith was completed and reached its supreme expression [when he implemented it] by [good] works.
The New Living Treanslation (NLT) states: "So you see, faith by itself isn't enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless."
The God's Word Translation states: ". . . was shown to be genuine by what he did."
I guess various religions will debate this. Some religions say that you can't 'earn' salvation. Well of course. This is not about 'earning' salvation or not. This is about what the Bible really says God requires. The Bible is clear, as that scripture explains.
Perhaps an example will help.
Imagine a company is giving out 100 FREE gifts. The gifts are FREE. Even shipping is FREE.
But there sure are some REQUIREMENTS, some ACTIONS required. (a) You have to fill out he form. (b) perhaps you need to be 18 yrs or older (c) You need to live in a particular country. (d) there is a deadline date (e) etc etc
So: There ARE RULES to receiving the FREE gift. If you don't follow the rules, it doesn't matter how FREE the gift is; it doesn't matter how much 'faith' you have in the gift - - you won't qualify for it.
Likewise with Salvation. It's free. We can't earn it or pay for it. But there are 'qualifications' or 'requirements' to receiving something free.
Does that make any sense?
No you can not say that. As people have different religions and faiths.
there are all kinds of different beliefs for different religions. Christians believe in one God, other religions believe different from that. some people say the are three gods.
There are many different details about the different religions. There are many different customs and practices that are associated with the different religions of the world.
The way you say the creed will depend on the particular creed. There are different creeds that are associated with various religions. The Nicene and ApostleÍs creeds are quite popular.
division ? because people became involved. each different and each unique, trying to be the same. Never works
Pennsylvania allowed different religions where as Massachusetts did not.
The world is full of many different religions. Some of those religions are Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Paganism, and Judaism.
Yes.
it was a statue to honor different religions and freedom of those different religions.
No. It is simply not possible to believe two different things, and religions are different; otherwise they would be the same religion.
Certainly.
No, when they convert?
