But If You Fracure It He/She Will Tell You That Its No Big Deal And That You Must Soak It In Ice Cold Water For About 20 Minutes And Rest It ( It Depends How Badly You Fracured It) And If Nothing Serious Happended He Will Tell You To Rest It For A Few Days!
