Eating healthy everyday is a great way for getting the energy you need! Plus, your body will look good too. For example, eating apples, bananas, carrots, Milk, eggs, bread, also have starch products too like potatoes. Your body does neednaturalfat too, but not to much. All of the above will give your body energy and will also prevent from getting head aches from the lack of iron. I hope this helps.
