To me it means possible crying a lot, getting depressed a lot....What i have heard helps people if a tragedy happens talk about it with family and a best friend...tell all others when they ask and believe me they will." I do not want to talk about that sad time anymore." I have had to move on." This shuts people up. It is not good to keep re-living and re-living...
It just makes people unhappy...and others love the gory details.
But do not go into detail...again just say.."I'd rather not talk about that anymore." I have had to move on.
