Stuffed turkey. Sometimes lamb or pork, usually there are 2 kinds of meat on the Christmas table, depends of what the most people who are invited to the meal prefer. The "traditional", is pork, but because Greeks eat pork very often nowadays, they don't prefer it for a Christmas meal.
