If they live outdoors they eat bugs along with chicken feed. If they are raised by a company they are kept in cages and only eat chicken feed.
Outdoor (free-range) chickens also eat plants. In the summer, my chickens loved watermelon as a treat, and in the winter, fresh greens (like baby spinach) was their favourite treat.

In traditional cuisine, both rooster and hen are commonly eaten.
The Purple Swamp Hen eats worms and small insects. In captivity, they will eat grains such as corn, wheat, and soybean meal.
we eat the rooster because the hen might have eggs
1- take the hen over to the other-side. 2- get the fox and take it over to where the hen is but take the hen back with you. 3- take the corn over to the fox. 4-then take the hen over and they will all be on the other-side of the river. hope this helps from i-luv-my-chickens
