Regigiga can be found in the Hippowdon Temple on Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. To find him to need to have completed all 60 quests, completed the Browser and have the three Regi Pokemon with you. After finishing the above a secret room will open in the Temple with three places to put the Regis. Once you put the Regis on the pedestals Regigigas will appear for a battle.

Actually you're wrong you can NOT get the regis in Pokemon diamond, to get the regis you need Pokemon ruby/Sapphire/emerald you can get all three regis there(regi ice, regi steel, regi rock) althought if you migrate all of the regis onto Pokemon diamond you can get regi gigas(king regi) you will find him in the snowpoint temple after beating the elite four.
