First you must separate the young quail from the older ones. They can not be kept in the same cage or pen. The older quail view them as competition and will most likely kill all the young quail given enough time.

When they loose the baby feathers.

Baby quails are called "quail chicks." They are precocial, meaning they are relatively mature and mobile shortly after hatching. Quail chicks are covered in downy feathers and can leave the nest soon after they are born, foraging for food with their parents.
yes a baby quail does need its mother for warmth it is very hard to raie baby quails with out their mother
Well, most quails are found on the pacific coast, but since I live in California, I mostly see California valley quails. Speaking of which, i wonder how the baby birds my friend found are doing... you'll see what I'm talking about in the "how do you take care of abandoned quails" question.
Putout of it's misery:(
"shaken baby syndrome" is when a baby is shaken in a violent motion that causes death or serious injury to the brain. Typically a child will have retinal bleeding, brain bleeding and brain swelling (which typically does the most damage).
The bleeding you experience during a miscarriage is notyour period. It is bleeding due to losing the baby.
Well someone does. Otherwise the baby will keep bleeding from it and have the placenta dragged after her.
you can't because the older turkey's woulhd eat the baby turkey's.
Depends why you're bleeding. If you pricked your finger or are menstruating I'm sure your baby will be fine. If your throat's been cut then you will die and your child might slowly starve to death. -Geoff
