If the wounds are serious, seek veterinary help. If they are not - capture the chicken and put it in a dark, warm, safe space away from the flock. This will help the bird stay calm and help it heal. Flush the wounds thoroughly, and offer the bird fresh food and water. Let the bird either mostly or completely heal before returning the bird to the flock. Be sure to spray blue-kote on the wounds before you re-introduce the bird, so that they aren't pecked at.
