More than likely its your attitude. Try sucking it up and respect your higher authority with out any kind of attitude. Carry on smartly even if you do not agree. If you are a model, I assume your ARMY, Soldier and you still get that kind of treatment you can always follow your chain of command. Skip Him/her and go up to the next person in line. If they are any kind of leader they will help you. Always use your lowest possible chain of command, Don't go to the top.
