Well, who says you cant call him?? Just call and say "Hey. sorry i haven't called, I've been busy, so u free now??" And it might not mean anything if he stops calling, he may be busy or shy or maybe he doesn't know that you want him to call. Dont freak out and dont march up to him and yell "So, why haven't u called!!" That just makes guys feel pressured, and if they are pressured, they wont want to talk 2 u at all.
