If momma cat isn't around to nurse there is formula and bottles you can purchase at Walmart or pet supply store. In a pinch, I have fed kittens regular cows milk from a mustard style container. However, this isn't the best solution. If they are at least 4-5 weeks old you can transition them to soft food and milk. By 6 weeks they should be able to handle regular dry cat food.
